Returns, Custom Orders & Repairs

We want you to absolutely love your Wild Hare Metalworks piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns, custom work, and repairs.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only so you can pick out something else you love.

To return an item, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

Custom Orders

All custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are created just for you!

Repairs

If your jewelry needs a little attention over time, we’re happy to evaluate repairs on a case-by-case basis.

Repairs will be charged for time and materials, and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items in for repair.

A Quick Note

Each piece is handcrafted and made with natural stones, so slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are part of what makes your piece one of a kind.
